This forum is for the Minecraft server run by Black Cat Studios. It is at mc.blackcatstudios.org or, temporarily, mc.bck.me, both on the default port of 25565.
The map is at http://mc.bck.me:8123/ , and teamspeak is on maya.blackcatstudios.org (default port).
Please read the rest of this post before you play, in order to not incite the wrath of the staff.
Rules:
1. No douchebaggery. This includes griefing, scarring the landscape with mining or lumbering. Griefing is the placing or removing of blocks on/in/near a property on construct that is not yours. Swearing is allowed, excessive swearing and discriminatory language are not.
2. Do not ask for power, items, rank, etc.. This applies to most of the internet. The more you ask (even jokingly) the less likely it is that you will ever get any. "Those who desire power are those least fit to wield it." -Somebody
3. No account sharing. If you let somebody else use your account, you better be damn sure they understand the rules and know that you're going to charge them for a new account when yours gets banned. I don't care that your little sister who eats crayons burned the city down, you're still getting banned.
4. No client mods on worlds where they are not allowed. Eg. none allowed in survival, fly and speed only in creative, none in castle wars, none in vanilla.

Lag
See if the server is lagging: /lagmem or /lag or /mem
See if the connection to the server is lagging: /ping
See if your computer is crap: Press F3. Over 60 frames per second is good. Less than 30 is crap.
Messaging
Send a private message: /msg <theirname> <your message>
Respond to a recently recieved private message: /r <your message>
Homes

Set your home warp: /home set
Go to your home: /home
Invite somebody to your home: /home invite <theirname>
WorldGuard (Regions (plots in creative, zones/plots/cities in survival))

LWC Protections
Protect a chest/door/trapdoor/sign: /cprivate
Prevent anybody else from protecting a chest/door/trapdoor/sign, but let everyone use it: /cpublic
Remove your protection: /cremove
Allow/deny redstone for doors: /credstone <on/off>
Allow a friend to access a protection: /cmodify <theirname>
Remove a friend from a protection (note the hyphen): /cmodify -<theirname>
iConomy
See how much money you have: /money
See who has the most money: /money top <(howmany)>
Pay somebody (NOT in a shop - see below): /money pay <theirname> <howmuch>
Chest Shops
Buy something: (normal click (punch) the sign)
Sell something (if the shop owner will buy it): (right/alternate click the sign)
Make a shop: (see tutorial in spawn world)
Item spawning
Spawn an item (up to 64 of them): /i <item> <(howmany)>
Hint: "/i compass" then left click a nearby tree or hill
Runecraft
I haven't the faintest. Google it. Note that a lot of runes are banned because they would allow building outside of individual plots in creative.
Worldedit
Unfortunately most worldedit stuff overrides worldguard protections, so I can't give it to anybody, even in survival.
Get an area selection tool: /wand
Select an area: (right/left click with the wand)
Turn on super pick: /sp <single|area <howfar>|recur <howfar>>
Turn super pick off or on again: //
